What is #10WksL8r?
10 weeks later is a new program created by Coach Lewis “buffalo” Chua, who is based in Singapore and runs local strength and conditioning gym Solitude of Strength. It’s a program that will help you achieve your lifting goals with an all rounded style, drawn from the best lifting techniques around the world.
Why 10 Weeks?
Coach Lewis has been using the Chinese training method for over 5 years now, and that’s the usual lifting cycle for a competitive athlete. 6 weeks of Strength training, 3 weeks of Technique training, and 1 week of Maxing Out.
Can I do this program?
Almost anyone can do this program and achieve great results, but it’s not advisable for absolute beginners. #10WksL8r is catered towards those who are stuck with a specific issues in their lifting technique and want to fix these issues with a structured program.
